What's New!
Welcome back!  We've been on a bit of an extended vacation since our original launch back in 2006.  There have been quite a few developments within the online gambling industry since then and now is as good a time as any for us to pick up where we left off.  Stay tuned, we are working as fast as we can to keep you as informed as possible.

What is the shortest time frame that you pay-out?

In about three minutes, depending on the payment option you're using!  We go to great lengths to make sure that players are paid-out as quickly as possible.  It should be noted though, that it does depend on what time of day that the player is cashing-out, and if the withdrawal falls on the weekend.  We do pay-out on weekends, but it's not always guaranteed.  But for the most part, we do pay-out almost instantly when using methods such as NeTeller, Click-2-Pay or InstaDebit.

What's your largest market?

That would have to be Europe.

How do you see this playing-out in the coming months, if not, the coming years?

It needs regulation without a doubt!

Globally, what's the most untapped market?  Why?

There's no untapped market out there (lol).  Who would give away their business plans for the future?

Asia for example?

Tell me one software company that's not flocking to Asia?  Everybody's doing it.

Hmmm, how about an "underrated" market?

(lol) Same damn thing!

What are the benefits of being a player at "Club World Casino?"  How do loyal players benefit from choosing you?

We have a great reputation, we look after our customers, we pay our winning players and pay them fast.  We just look after all of our players.  We have many players that have been with us since we started two years ago.  A loyal base.

With any casino operation, you're going to deal with player issues.  What's been the biggest hang-up amongst players (player concerns)?

As usual, it's got to be losing players.  They always blame the software, but the RNG cannot be manipulated by the operator.  When players lose consistently, it's just bad luck... but they have to blame someone or something, and they generally attack the RNG.  You have to take the good with the bad, I guess.

Over any platform, do you try to model your casinos after any particular operation currently out there?

Well, I have my own views really.  We have our own ambitions and our own theories.  We just want to be fair in all of our dealings, and serve our players as best as we can.  We don't really model our product after anyone out there in particular, because we feel we are by far best at servicing our customers.

I'm going to throw a tough question at you here.  I'll list several of the most widely popular online casinos, and give me something good about them...

- 888.com    - You can play it on a Mac, I think that's fabulous.

- Intercasino    - Nice games...

- iNetBet    - They have fabulous games, because they're an RTG!

- Acropolis    - It was fine.  I played there.

- 32red        - They've built-up a great reputation for honesty.

- BoDog        - Great games, again... they're an RTG.

- BelleRock    - I've had no problems playing there... they seem to okay.

Is there a personal favorite, where you're played at over the years?

I have to say, when I have played... "888.com."  Because when I'm home, I use a Mac, so I played there.

Seeing that you've grown-up in the U.K., what land-based casino would you recommend?

Most of the casinos are rather small, so it's difficult to say, but there's one in particular that has just opened up in Manchester called "Manchester 2-3-5,” which is a fantastic land-based casino.
